Online Parliamentary Information Office 2012: Streamline local government. Split England up into 9 Regional authoirties. Each region would have beneath it . Each region would have 24 Local Councils beneath it, THese though would be very small. The main function being to return councillors to the Regional Authorites
We have to many people in the public sector and are paying them to much. 10 years ago we only had half the public sector workers we now have. Has anyone noticed a massive improvement in service?
Online Parliamentary Information Office 2012: Strangly in spite of have doubled the public sector workforce whenever small cuts are made they companin that the service is already overstreched and will fall apart if anymore cuts are made. EVen more interesting is when they go on strike almost no one notice they are not working
